No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win.  A product purchase will not affect your chances of winning a prize.  Void where prohibited by law.

1. Game Period: Game begins on 3/24/08 and ends on 5/31/08.
2. To Play: Hidden inside random, specially marked 4-bulb and 2-bulb packages of n:vision CFL’s (n:vision SKUs 325472, 325537, 325712, 326057) available at participating The Home Depot retail stores will be a bulb that glows green when turned on.  Bulbs that glow in a distinct green color indicate winners.  Consumers will need to light all of the bulbs in their package briefly to see if any is a winning bulb.
3. No Purchase Necessary: For a free Game Piece, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Be Green.  See Green.  Win Green. Game, P.O. Box 221002, Cleveland, Ohio 44122. Vermont and Washington residents may omit return postage. Requests for free Game Piece must be postmarked by 5/31/08 and received by 6/7/08. Limit one request per outer mailing envelope. A certificate for a free Game Piece will then be mailed to the consumer, who will then take it to the nearest The Home Depot retail store to receive their free Game Piece.  A product purchase will not affect your chances of winning a prize.
4. Eligibility: Game is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and the U.S.V.I). Void where prohibited by law. All Game Pieces are available at participating The Home Depot retail locations while supplies last. Employees of TCP, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. (“Home Depot”), their franchisees and their respective parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, game piece suppliers or judges (collectively "Game Parties") and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the game at any time during the Game Period and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
5.  General Game Rules:
a. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, postage due, illegible or misdirected mail or damaged game pieces.
b. If, for any reason, the Game cannot be conducted as planned by reason of unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this game, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game.
c. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply to this game.
d. All prize winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, Publicity Release within 14 days of notification as a condition to receipt of their game prize.  Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsors and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
e. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should a prize or any component of a prize become unavailable.
f. By participating in this game, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
g. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the administration of the game, or in the announcement of prizes. By participating in this game, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Game Parties (including but not limited to their franchisees, their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion, fulfillment, judging agents and agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees), from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the game or any prize related activities. Sponsor and Game Parties make no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.
h.  Home Depot and Sponsor may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address for purposes of administering your participation in this game. At the time you are entering the game, we may also ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Home Depot. Game participants will be provided an opportunity to opt out of receipt of this marketing information or from the sharing by Home Depot or Sponsor of your personal information with our promotional partners or other third parties.  We want to assure you that Home Depot is dedicated to protecting your privacy. 6. Winning Game Piece Verification: All consumers with a winning Game Piece should call 1-877-735-9280 for instructions on how to redeem for their prize.  ALL WINNING PRIZE CLAIMS NEED TO BE MADE BY JUNE 30, 2008.
7. Verification: All Game Piece claims are subject to verification by R solutions, LLC., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any Game Piece that is damaged, inoperable, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with or forged will be null and void. Only Official Game Pieces obtained via Rule #2 and/or #3 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. Game Pieces which are distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained pursuant to official game rules and procedures will be null and void. 
8. Prizes: GAME PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES & APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING (ODDS ARE BASED ON ALL AVAILABLE GAME PIECES BEING DISTRIBUTED AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED):
a. (50) Grand Prizes – The Home Depot Gift Card Worth $5,000 (Retail value of $5,000 Each and $250,000 Total) (Approx. Odds - 1:35,681);
b. Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Any expenses not specified herein (including but not limited to income tax and all other costs incurred in claiming prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner.  In the event of unavailability of any Game Prize, Game Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal retail value selected in its sole discretion. 
Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions on the back of each card and as otherwise specified by The Home Depot.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners may use The Home Depot Gift Card toward the purchase of merchandise at any The Home Depot retail store or EXPO Design Center.  The Home Depot Gift Card has no implied warranties, is not a credit card or debit card, and is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit. It may not be used for payment on any credit or loan account.
