*  Your warrany starts on the date of purchase, as printed on the receipt.  Receipt of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

 WARRANTY IS VOID IF PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED.

Decorative Lamps

Technical Consumer Products, Incorporated (TCP) warranties all covered lamps for a period of seven years from date of original purchase or 8,000 hours of use against defects in materials and workmanship.

SpringLamp® Lamps

Technical Consumer Products, Incorporated (TCP) warranties all non-covered lamps for a period of nine years from date of original purchase or 10,000 hours of use against defects in materials and workmanship. 

If this product should fail to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship, simply call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-378-6998.

This product will be repaired or replaced, at TCP's option.  This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product.  This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
